Joseph Robertson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business. He spent his early professional years in Corporate America working as an accountant. He has over 30 years of accounting experience which spans three continents, Africa, Europe and North America. Joseph’s attention to detail and ability to work in high-stress deadline-driven environments is a welcome addition to SUBSAING Limited. His knowledge of finance and complex accounting systems puts SUBSAING in the position to bridge the gap between global companies to companies and governments in West Africa – Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

Prior to SUBSAING, Joseph served as Senior Staff Accountant at TeleBanc Financial Corporation in Arlington, Virginia, USA. TeleBanc was the leading internet bank in the US, the company was publicly traded, it was sold to E*TRADE in June of 1999. As a senior staff accountant at the bank, Joseph was responsible for all accounting functions related to the bank’s cash. Joseph also worked at Teligent Inc as Senior Lease Accountant and Winstar Inc as a Senior Accountant in the Financial Reporting Section of the Accounting Department; both companies were in Vienna, Virginia and were publicly traded telecommunication companies at the time. Joseph has an extensive background in accounting.
